The EM&I Annual Workshop brought together team members from across the globe for a dynamic three-day event focused on planning and ownership. This year’s theme resonated throughout the sessions, sparking meaningful discussions and strategic alignment across all colleagues.

The event highlighted upcoming business development initiatives including ambitions for Africa and ECOWAS, a sharpened focus on Malaysia within the Asia Pacific region, and strengthened support for a key client in Brazil.

On the technical front, a refreshed team structure was introduced, and exciting developments aimed at driving innovation and operational excellence were shared.

Nearly 30 actions emerged from the workshop, underlining the event’s productivity. Key items include enhancing AI knowledge across the organisation, exploring new frontiers in technical innovation in response to client demand, and building stronger partnerships in key markets.

This annual event reinforces EM&I’s commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
